President George W. Bush got out of his limousine and walked with Chicago's Mayor Daley and Illinois Governor Ryan in the annual St. Patrick's Day parade. The president shook hands and waved to citizens. President Bush is the first sitting President to participate in the Chicago parade; he was received warmly in Chicago.

And dashole was "disappointed," said the
little senior Senator from South Dakota, "...the President showed little regard for those Americans who can't walk in a parade because of painful bunnions that his heartless policies do nothing to remedy."

Kennedy got shot in his car.

I saw this on WGN! Some guys in the crowd started cheering, 'Bush!, Bush!, Bush!' Photos will be on the daily dose this evening... Thanks, looking forward to it!

At this most critical time in our history we are blessed to have such a great man as our President.

... and he's brave, too. Scares me to death thinking of him walking around out in the open like that. I bet his bodyguards had a major fit.
I wouldn't trust a democrat within 15 feet of Bush without the SS.

LOL! That deserves a replay:
Please, the correct term is Necro-Americans.

I think I am going to notify him of a local county holiday we have here, which includes a parade. The holiday is all about supporting the schools. It is a big celebration locally. I don't think there is a flying chance of poop Bush would come, but it couldn't hurt since he is a big education man....:)

This stuff drives the Secret Service nuts. As a young sergeant, I was on a detail once where the main duty was to be a piece of decorative furniture for an appearance that Nixon was going to make outside his hotel, the St. Francis in San Francisco. He came out, he gave his little speech, and then -- big surprise to the guys with the earplugs -- he jumped on a passing cable car headed for Fisherman's Wharf and hung off the side like a tourist, waving to people. You never saw so many guys in suits jump so fast in your life. |

I was thinking the same thing! Wow! He's truly a braveheart! That's a Scottish word which means "courage with passion".

You could be right, but then again there are a lot of democrats who are fed up with the ultra left-wing group now in power. This is how Reagan won over so many democrats.

The fine folks over at DU were pulling the hair out of their tiny little heads when they heard that Bush was going to march in the parade. Various threats were made about protesting by yelling or throwing objects at Bush, but I guess in the end most of them had better things to do.... like smoking one more joint or making sure the crack pipe was in working order for the evening's "fun".

Sounds like many of the libertarians on this site, except at DU they hate Bush. Wait, so do our libertarians. lol

Please, the correct term is Necro-Americans.Great line! You reminded me of an old joke:
A guy walks into a bar with a dead body over his shoulder and orders a beer. The barkeep says "Beat it, buddy! We don't serve Necro's in here!"
Badda-boom! ;-)

Please, the correct term is Necro-Americans. And you can't blame them for voting for Democratsafter all, that party was the first to run a Necro-American candidate for the Senate, Mel Carnahan. FReepers are the smartest and FUNNIEST people on the planet, including those crazy Necro-Americans! LOL!
