Israel has the right to the land because of all of the archeological evidence. That is reason, No. 1.

Absolutely not. This line of reasoning means few or no one owns anything today. And if you do think you own land, new "archeological" discoveries may negate your claim. Israel won the land fair and square in a war. That is enough claim right there.
