Why is it the stupid people are the ones who seem to be the most prolific?

I don't care if a couple has 50 children, as long as they don't throw the burden of supporting them on me. As long as you can afford to take care of them, be my guest. As a matter of fact, I think that all decent, upstanding upper income folks should look on it as a duty to procreate with gusto, to offset all the losers in this country who breed like flies and burden everybody else with the care of their children.
