Yes, but can't it also be said that this bolsters the insanity arguement? I'm no psychiatrist / psychologist but if this woman is not insane, I'd hate to someone who really is.

Regardless, the whole story is tragic.

Now, the Chante chick who ran over the homeless guy and let him bleed to death is, from what I know so far, NOT insane. Just depraved.
