Q: I paid $896.12 to Creative Health Products for a twin-sized magnetic mattress. I charged it to my Visa. That was back on Nov. 20, with the promise of a 90-day money back guarantee if the mattress did not help with my health problems. The mattress arrived in December. I do not feel it did what it promised. When I tried to get in touch with the company, the line had been disconnected. I have since heard that this company is out of business. Is there anything I can do to get my money back?

One would have to watch the iron supplements or you wouldn't be able to get out of bed.

"We manufacture the mattresses," he said. "We sell our product to 100 different companies. [Creative Health Products] are a distributor or vendor. Their account got out of line. They owe me $360,000."

The fact that there are a 100 companies selling magnetic mattresses out there can only mean something must be in the drinking water that makes people gullible.

I've slept on a magnetic mattress for 5 years. I swear by it. I can get by with less sleep, my circulation is better. I no longer get cold feet, I don't toss and turn all night to get comfortable. The best part is my magnetic pillow. The week I traveled and left it at home was terrible. It's amazing how cool my head stays with it, my hair doesn't get all mussed up, my headaches are gone.
