Israeli border police are seen handcuffing and making kneel a suspected suicide-bomber Mahmud Salah, 23-years-old, as his friend identified as Randy, lays on the ground being guarded by another border police officer, in east Jerusalem.
According to Jerusalem police spokesman Kobi Zarhad, Salah was wearing an explosive belt on his stomach and detonator to his chest, adding that this person was killed because he could not be subdued. It was only after he was dead that we were able to remove the explosive belt . According to the initial version given by the Israeli police, Salah was wearing a large overcoat and policemen opened fire when he refused to take it off.

The difference between civilization and barbarism.
Actually, I noticed that they appeared to be clean. I had thought that when one died, one's bowels evacuated. Any coroners or LEOs here?
Hmmmm?? No he doesn't - subdued means he responded to the commands the police gave him. The fact he's on his knees and not laying flat out indicates he was resisting arrest. Murder - means no reason - surely the police had a reason ... he had a bomb strapped to his stomach. Tell your Arab friends - terrorists are terrorists - no matter what nation they come from.
To me, that's no different than pulling a gun on a policeman. Once the bomber detonates it, there aren't any police left to subdue him.
Good riddance, and if anyone thinks this wasn't a prudent thing for the police to do, they really need to get a clue.
Sounds like you need to do a little suicide bomber patrol in Israel.
Get up real close and tell the police not to hurt the nice guy with a bomb strapped to his guts.
His buddy is probably 75% inside-out by now in a Shin Bet interrogation room. Lie down with dogs.......get up with a headache.
Something's not right here -- if you see a guy in a large overcoat who you believe has major explosives hidden underneath, you don't open fire on him from handgun range, 'cause if he really does have 'em you're dead, and if he doesn't you just shot someone without cause. Doesn't look like they did, anyhow, in spite of what they said. The photos suggest they subdued him, stripped him of everything but his underpants, presumably confirmed the explosives, and then executed him. Beats being tortured in an Israeli prison, I'm sure. Assuming he really was packed with explosives, he didn't deserve any better.
And what the heck is that robot doing? Before the guy gets shot, the police are literally on top of him, pulling his clothes off; then after he's dead, they need a robot to check him out safely? Odd, very odd.
