The fact that nobody is buying this line of victimology BS is a good sign, and maybe it's even a good thing for the defense attorney to raise. That type of thinking needs a good public whacking.

In a weird sense, the defense attorney may be doing us a favor.
bump!

I think you may be right MeeknMing, the more her lawyers try to vitimize her, the worse it will get for her. I still could not get the picture of that poor man from my mind and our not hearing much about this till now, so I shot off my response to the Media and Politicians all over. Don't think it will do much good, but I felt better afterwords. _________________________________________________________

Left Bleeding, Dying, Pleading for Mercy, Help:

Mr. Biggs was run over, trapped in the windshield of Mallard's car, bleeding, dying, begging for help, alone! His plea's fell on deaf ears, ignored, his tormentors walked away, partied, had sex, came back and appologized for letting him die, he begged for help, she walked away.

Mr. Biggs was a fellow human being, his race is immaterial, he could have been anyone's loved one. His tormentor's walked away and let him die, alone, and it the Media walks away from this "horendous" crime and allow it to die away to go on with the next story, they are just as "guilty" as the people who are responsible for allowing him to die.

As I speak, his tormentor (Mallard) has people working to picture her as a "victim", what is wrong with this picture? Where is the humanity? She had other's aid and abet her crime against this poor soul, anyone of them could have helped Mr. Biggs but they chose to let him bleed to death, where is the outcry for this for this man?

PS: Mr. Biggs is not longer "homeless" but his "senseless" death still cries out for justice. He was a member of our society, a former School Bus Driver, he was a fellow American and he deserves better from all of us, and no less.

Sincerely, yada, yada,
