As a Taoist, I don't credit the Bible as being the Word of God, of any of the one and only true gods proported to be. Assuming for a moment that the Bible was the Word of God, then why do so many people gravitate to a God who is such a poor communicator. So many different interpretations of what is says seem to indicate a poor job of communication to the objects of His creation.

As Mahone stated it is not God who is not communicating well, it is man who refuses to listen The various 'interpretations of scripture is due to man trying to make the Book say what he wants it to say instead of bowing to the authority of the Book.

A Taoist is an atheist who leans on rules of conduct for his/her life. What's interesting is that some of these rules are a cheap interpretationof Christianity, yet you shun it.

Actually His word is rather clear. When you are spiritually discerned the clarity eludes you.

The Communicatior isn't at fault. It is the fallible mortal with a different agenda doing the interpretation that is at fault.
