If I understood the weasel, er...lawyer, correctly it seems his strategy is to get the murder charge dropped or plead down to a felony leaving the scene, which would only give the perep a max of five years if convicted.

The weasel, er...lawyer, is going to have a hard time, however, explaining the perp's driving home and into her garage with the man still alive and embedded in her windshield, and then closing the garage door and leaving the man there to die. The weasel, er...lawyer's strategy seems to include making the perp into the victim of malicious overcharging. Unbelievable.

Amazing. What a strange world we live in, huh? Claims she panicked and the case is overblown. Sheesh! She went way beyond panic. Checking on him, "Oh, I'm so sorry". Closes door. . .checks later. . ."Help me, help me". "You still alive?" Closes door. . .etc. When he finally dies, she has someone help to haul and dump the body. . .

This is some skeleton in her closet. So weird. . .
