We may have actually eliminated him already, but we are not announcing his demise to the world because we don't want his followers to retaliate with a nuke. Perhaps in a year or two when we've cleaned out the internal terrorists, you'll here an announcement from Rumsfeld: "yes, we've finally obtained all the necessary DNA samples, done all the tests, and by golly we did in fact liquidate OBL in December of 2001. Well you know these things take some time to complete with 100% accuracy, and we really wanted to be sure."
