Please give your plan for sealing the borders. Tell me how many people you think it would take to be effective. Explain in detail how you would round up the people in this country illegally, the mechanism for deporting them, who would pay for it, how you would transport them, etc.
The devil is in the details, you know.
Really? The folks I know still take 911 and future threats very seriously.
When they get to that stage they've lost as far as I'm concerned. Just cover them with kindness, they don't know what that is. Never been around it or seen it exhibited, you see.
The only possible response to a nuke must be an immediate counterstrike with hundreds of nuclear weapons on every Islamic country, followed by a biological attack on the survivors. Unless this is done, the United States will be destroyed, one city at a time, until it is no more. Life or death, choose.
And while all that is going on... round up all Arabs inside the USA, put them up against the wall, and blow their brains out... unless, of course, they supply reliable, credible and useable intelligence for hunting down the Evil Ones.
I will side with Dan Day this time.
Nuke who, or whom? It would be great if someone could push a button and all the enemies heads would explode.
First, you and I don't get to choose whether, when, or where the arsenal is deployed.
Second, nukes are of little value in a guerilla war or an anti-terrorist war. Parts of the planet could be ruined for decades or more, but terrorism would not be ended.
Third, there are innocent people by the billions who would be affected. No one has a right to do that.
First thing I would do is revoke immigration from all nations known to sponsor terrorism. Two, I would call on the military plus National Guard to immediately put all available troops on the southern and northern borders. Three, I would instruct the navy to supplement the coast guard in protecting our shores. Four, I would instruct the INS and military to round up and deport all aliens that have overstayed their visas or fit the profile of possible terrorists. Five, I'd commit whatever money and resources that are necessary to beef up the INS and border control to further reinforce border security and help in action 4. Six, I would direct the DOJ, INS, FBI, IRS and all federal and state government agencies to enforce all immigration laws (something they don't do now) to deport all aliens without proper documentation and exact stiff penalties on businesses that hire them. Seven, I would cut off any legal challenges on the above on grounds of national security. Eight, if more resources are required in the above I would pull needed troops out of Bosnia, Europe, Japan, wherever to make sure we have the needed manpower to secure the nation. Finally, whatever the costs of doing this will be the costs. There is no price that can be placed on keeping this nation safe for terrorism.
This is just off the top of my head. Would it guarantee that the U.S. is perfectly safe from domestic terrorism? No, of course not. But actions like this would greatly reduce the risk. There is no doubt about it. And AGAIN, I certainly wouldnt be talking about Amnesty if I was serious about combating illegal immigration and border security.
We learn the "shadow government" has been in place
"Radioactive detectors" have been in place for quite some time.
There has been a renewed offensive in Afghanistan in the past few days.
Except for Ari's diss of Clinton (applause, applause), the WH has been relatively quiet lately, almost eerily so.
I don't know...I have the feeling something is cooking and it has to do with security at home.
The results of DNA testing on the body parts found at the bombing site may incite more violence from muslim terrorists & bin ladens's death may be the cue to activation for some terrorist cells. I am starting to wonder if dasshole's "bin laden or failure" crap was a lame attempt to force the President to reveal what he knows because dasshole can't get it out of him any other way.
I haven't even adjusted to marital law yet.
They have a website here
We also attend elsewhere but I was impressed. A lovely church and a beautiful service.
