Brother Of Convicted Hockey Dad Charged With Assault
Suspect Accused Of Smashing, Flinging Phone
A brother of the Massachusetts hockey dad convicted of beating another hockey dad to death was arrested and charged in a case of apparent consumer rage Wednesday.
Police said James Junta was at Best Buy and went into a rage after he was told he couldn't return a cell phone without a receipt.
Junta reportedly tried to smash the phone by stomping on it, and he then threw it at a female employee, hitting her in the leg, according to police.
Junta, who has a criminal record and a history of mental illness, pleaded not guilty to a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and was released on $500 bail.

would love to be at a family gathering with these clowns. The way things are going, those gatherings are about to get pretty sparse unless they are all incarcerated at the same institution.

He would make a great character on The Simpson's. Alas, since he has a mental health history he will be probably be given a new bottle of medicine and told don't forget to take these pills everyday now.

I'd guess that their family doesn't branch very much.

Could it be a chemical imbalance in the family. Maybe they needed pills. The way thing's are going they could blame their doctor's.

You got that right, eternity. In today's legal climate, anybody can get away with murder by first snowing some shrinks into giving him a "diagnosis" and "history." I'm surprised that hitmen don't routinely take this sort of precaution against a possible conviction.
