I noticed it RIGHT AWAY, they felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable on the podium with the Canadians. The female russian kept forcing a smile. She looked very upset that she had to share the gold. If you have a chance to watch a re-run of the awards, watch her face and smile. It was plain to see how disgusted she was over the decision to share the gold. Jamie was constantly TRYING to hold hands with her and she kept avoiding Jamie's hand.

I'm surprised the Russian pair waited until after the Olympics to start complaining!

The female russian kept forcing a smile.

I think I noticed something like this, but I wonder how much of it is attributed to the fact that she was partially paralyzed from her earlier injury. When you watch her speak, she looks like part of her mouth is still paralyzed.

I agree. While the media were praising the Russians for their grace, I had heard an interview with the Russian male where he said, "We are the champions, the judges voted for us."
This interview was held AFTER the second gold medal was announced, yet the media was acting like the Russians were just wonderful about it.
I clearly think the Canadians were far superior to the Russians, and that the skating judging has been a joke for years.
I don't have much faith that will change either!
