I never perceived the show as anything more that an attempt to tell the American public how Clinton really operated. All those tough decisions, organized, focused, etc, etc. Legacy shaping, nothing more, nothing less.

Thanks for answering my question about the original title. The thanks is a little late in coming, been over on the Olympic Closing Ceremonies thread. Rat bass turds at NBC actually cut away from the ending before any of the fireworks and went to local news! The tape delay network strikes one last blow, just another reason along with this Sorkin incident to banish NBC from my viewing. Besides, we all know that Sorkin's statements represent many of the NBC higher ups.

I've never watched the show. But the plot lines sound like left-wing drivel and smirking slaps at Republicans.

Sorkin is obviously venting his frustration that we the public are too "stoo-pid" to agree with his exalted opinions. We just don't get it, tee hee.

Nice to know the moderators were hoodwinked....even I had a hard time believing they would have changed the title just for the heck of it....but had to accept it at the time earlier because well, it did get changed. I am glad to know it was somebody playing a trick who caused the problem.

If everyone will remember, Bill Maher was stomped down pretty hard with his comments. The success of our effort was due to calling and writing the SPONSORS.

Be polite. Be specific. Inform them you won't be buying their product or service, and you will be making sure friends and neighbors know about this as well.

For those of you who have seen the program, please list any of the sponsors.

You should also POLITELY call your local NBC affiliate, because they get the revenue from the local ads.

Also, it makes affiliates nervous when people call, and THEY will also call NBC.

I expect everyone on this thread to be busy tomorrow.
