The INS might be able to function properly if it was getting any support from the administration. Namely DoJ.

I suspect that INS and DOJ is infested with Clintonite groupies at all levels. Both agencies need to be fumigated by the Orkin man.

I am sure there are Clintonites involved here. But, Bush could solve this problem with the stroke of a pen. He needs to take the bull by the horns and do something about it.
