Agreed! A friend of mine believes the custodial parent should have to make an accounting of expenditures. Not a bad idea.

I couldn't agree more. As I said on another thread a few weeks ago, it wouldn't be all that much to ask for the custodial parent to spend one weekend morning per months tallying expenses.
