Thanks for indexing this. I missed it. Though the earlier stories said the murder occured about 12:15, we've now had this off-duty cop and sworn testimony by FBI agent Nash that 6 other witnesses (all related) saw Smith veer off the road at 12:45. Nash testimony mentioned here

Smith spent the hours before her death eating ice cream with one of her daughters in their midtown home across from the Liberty Bowl.

This is new information to me. The key is who she was going to meet on Saturday night that led to her demise.

Prior to 9-11, there was a push in California, to issue drivers licenses to illegal aliens. It was to make them "better drivers"..ha ha ha!!!! So far, that idea has died for now. But, I am sure it will come forward once again.
