Yes but there are ways around it:

1. Try going directly to the site (not thru FR).

2. Clear your cookies and go to the site. You will probably have to clear each time you vote.

Only if it favors the Dems. Then they'll hail it as the most revealing, scientific poll ever. If it favors Republicans, they'll say the results were skewed because of Free Republic! Not that they'd ever mention FR by name.
