"Anyone who would spend their time harassing people who come for medical attention, it's ludicrous,'' she said."He!!, babe ... that's the American way!
You've been rewarded for your activism haven't you?
Well ... let the kids get their rewards.
Or were they only for you and your ilk?

Maybe it was an off day for killing little children but the students also know that Planned Parenthood and their promotion of sexual promiscuity and free condom handouts have caused some their friends' heartaches when they contract permanent sexually transmitted diseases or face an unintended pregnancy when their condom fails.
Every day is a good day to pray and counsel outside Planned Parenthood.

This could fit in nicely with the President's Freedom Corps

They're not harassing people who come for medical attention.
They're protesting the murder of defenseless babies.

So? High schools have been letting kids off early to participate in left-wing demonstrations since the 60s. Some colleges offer classes in left wing agitprop.
Wonder why AP is suddenly alarmed? /sarcasm

At first I was going to say that it wasn't right to use children for such an act, but seeing the age of 17, changes that. The student are old enough to decide if they want the extra credit or not, its not like the school is forcing them to do it.

If tomorrow it becomes the position of the Catholic Church that Israel is picking on the Palestinians unnecessarily, would it then be alright for the students to get extra credit for picketing the local Jewish temple?
Mind you, I'm not supporting abortion, it's the incentive they're giving the kids that troubles me.

Anybody that would go to an abortion clinic for "medical attention" should be "uncomfortable."

Linda Hahn, chief executive officer of the clinic, said the protesters made patients uncomfortable, What kind of people are these? They come to this butcher shop to kill their kid(s) and it takes a bunch of high school picketers to make them feel uncofortable?
May the Lord God Creator of heaven and earth do to them what they want to do to their babies!
May He love those who love their babies and may HE ...

Sorry, I don't believe in giving students extra credit for volunteering whether it's a an abortion clinic or a nursing home. You are not teaching them any values if they get something in return. When a person receives any kind of remuneration for volunteering; it's NOT volunteering.
I counsel woman on most Saturdays at a local clinic. That school may be putting their students in confrontations which they may not know how to handle and may become harmful.
