nothing but speculation. Nothing else to report, so they fill in... A Delta flight is sitting on the ground because of a bomb threat; plane's been evauated; nothing new to report; there's extra security nation-wide because of the Olympic games; authorities are taking no chances because of that....on to other news. Fill time------yep.

Yeah, John Scott even said that "normally we don't report bomb threats"...but with the opening of the Olympics...etc. If they thought it was real, I doubt there would be flights taking off and landing..Not only that, but the authentic terrorists don't usually advertise...

I vow to stop but, I could've sworn I heard your lurking laughter yesterday.

John Scott even said that "normally we don't report bomb threats"...but with the opening of the Olympics...etc Yeah, I heard him say that, too. Nope, terrorists don't advertise.

After seeing Dr. Laura on Larry King I think Fox is becoming CNN and CNN is becoming Fox.
Looks like CNN is sucking at the conservative tit.

When are all of you going to wake up and realize that FOXNEWS is a joke? Seriously. MSNBC and CNN as much as I cannot stand their bias and their liberal backwash they pounce FOXNEWS on all levels except for 4-5 pm and 8-9 pm and the Laurie Dhue breaks. That is about it.They just beat the hell out of stories that most people have either heard enough of last week or they cover some of the most dull stories while opting not to cover a newsworthy breaking news story.
Fox needed to get its act together a year ago.9-11 was unfolding and I think they were breaking for a Folgers commercial.

If they say that Hartsfield airport is the largest again I will scream!I had a neighbor well into her eighties whose theory was that the Atlanta airport was so large that they only taxied to the other airports--never left ground.

Yeah, right. That's why Fox's ratings are soaring and CNN's are in the toliet and the rats are all jumping ship.

FNC reporting that Delta says this is a security-related issue, not a bomb threat.
