All three of these things you have posted are really encouraging bits of news. It's going to be a shock to these countries,however, because we have been so passive or even pro-left in our dealings with our own hemisphere for such a long time (well, 8 years...).

Yes! I'm very encouraged. Imagine how excited the citizens in these countries
are (if they've heard) to know America is back. It could spur good things from them.
