So ... do you think that someone over yonder at MSNBC might have lost their job over this one?

We had that problem today at work... a bunch of us were in a cubicle looking at a site called somethingawful.com - they have a section where they have photoshopped new "sick" titles onto childrens books, leaving the rest of the cover unchanged... needless to say, people in the area get nervous when a large group of Biomedical engineers are gigling...

Despite the apologies, I bet the idiot who typed that thing is looking for work.

. . . or Phil McCrevass.

Ya' think? ; ]

He's an AWESOME guy. He was at CPAC over the weekend and even did an interview for FRN Radio. He's a true leader in the conservative black community along with his father Roy and Star Parker. I'm livid that MSNBC would do this and intend to email them demanding that they make a very public mea culpa for the transgression. It's beyond the pale that this was allowed to happen.

Thanks for the ping- first I heard of it. Of course it's bias- it would've been a much bigger story if FOX had made the error (or was it an error?)
Maybe someone should send it to BET.

Well, it is according to whether it was done by a liberal. In that case it was just an innocent typing error. But if it was done by a conservative, it was a deep seated bigotry.

Or our favorite in junior high was "Mike LaTaurus."

And his friend, Phil McCrakkin...
btw, never call a gay bar and ask for your friends who are there together, either Patrick Fitzhenry of Henry Fitzpatrick...

Probably a publicly schooled intern. What a mess up though...

Yeah, Niger is one of the good guys...he and his Dad have been tireless on behalf of conservative principles.
I seriously doubt, as some have suggested, that this was intentional on anyone's part...but maybe I'm being naive, who knows.
I would say that if it was a typo, then it's no big deal (even though it does make MSNBC look bad)...if someone DID do it purposely, they should never be allowed near a studio again.
Good luck proving it in any case.

Maybe someone should send it to BET JMO, Mafree, but I think that BET would hire this person "if" he/she gets fired from MSNBC.
I could honestly see Tavis Smiley backslapping this person for this "sublimnable"(sp?) message and saying "good job".
