So ... do you think that someone over yonder at MSNBC might have lost their job over this one?

So did I, as you know.
I'm glad you like Niger...he's a very likable guy.
(But sheesh...lighten up a little.)
To: Dane
I am sure that Jesse Jackson will come to Niger's defense over this one./sarcasm Jesse, IMO, probably thinks that "faux pas" was not a "faux pas" at all.
Permit me to rewrite that last line.
Jesse, IMO, probably thinks that "faux pas" is worth a six figure "donation" (aka shakedown)
Good comment and I'll bet you're right on!

... but paging Stu Pedasso is ok [wink]

I waited awhile to see if you were going to reply to me in the spirit I posted to you...one of good-humored fun.
But since you showed no evidence of a sense of humor, I will join you in your serious mood by making a very serious point:
On the Keyes threads, I have at times taken great offense to the harsh attacks on 'Keyesters', because I consider them as a group to be wonderful folks; and to be loaded with hundreds if not thousands of potential new leaders for the road ahead.
Here is one of the prime examples of what I mean: Niger Innis.
A smart, principled, courageous and charismatic fighter for conservative principles and for the GOP...just exactly the kind of folks we need to be raising up if we want to be the majority party in this country for the next generation.
Regards...EV

RACISTS!I want a Department of Justice investigation, and I DEMAND Jesse Jackson's Rainbow Coaliton and the Senate and House Committees on race hold hearings with ALL OF THE DEPARTMENT HEADS at MSNBC IMMEDIATELY!!
To: Recovering_Democrat
Are you sure you're fully recovered?
*grin*
To: VinnyTex
Like someone has already said, nothing will happen because this man is a conservative.

..I could honestly see Tavis Smiley backslapping this person for this "sublimnable"(sp?) message and saying "good job"..If I catch him doing that he's in trouble.

Maybe someone should send it to BET. The communists pukes at BET don't care what anybody calls Niger or his father,Roy. They left the plantation.
You have a point but they did run a story about Rev. Peterson suing Je$$e Jack$on so there's a glimmer of hope for them. Some blacks actually think BET is going in a more conservative direction since its purchase by Viacom and 9/11.

Yikes! Talk about a major screw-up! At the very least MSNBC needs to make a public apology....
To: ReaganGirl
He's an AWESOME guy. He was at CPAC over the weekend and even did an interview for FRN Radio. He's a true leader in the conservative black community along with his father Roy and Star Parker. Niger Innis and his dad are true leaders in the conservative community. Color shouldn't enter into the gentleman's credentials within the conservative tent; the content of his character is all that should matter. And by that standard alone, Niger Innis is a great spokesman for conservative issues.
Whoever made the typo, intentional or not, should be hearing lots of feedback from the his/her boss and the public. I doubt that mistake will occur again. (I'm an optimist sometimes)

The Innises (and CORE) are also pro-Second Amendment. Ever wonder why you always hear about NAACP but never hear about CORE? That's why. CORE stands for conservative values. NAACP is a standard left-wing socialist outfit.

Since he is not a liberal, I would bet no one will say a thing about this! Were he a member of the other side, all Jessie Jackson would have broken out by now!
