" FALSIFIABLE " evidence to the contrary ? What does that mangling, of the English language mean ? It certainly doesn' seem to be what
you meant to say.
What you asked, was if the poster had evidenece, that poves that you you aren't the god of the universe, but evidence that someone else could easily prove s a fruad. A doule negative makes a statement postive. Ergo, you were , in reality, asking to be told that yes, you are NOT god / godlike .

The odds do not favor the existence of aliens. Wrong. They do. Do the math.

" FALSIFIABLE " evidence to the contrary ? What does that mangling, of the English language mean ? "Falsifiable evidence" is the term used in science for evidence which may be tested and examined, and thereby proven true or false.

What are the odds? I wasn't aware that they were even known. All I knew was that the possibility of life occuring on at least one planet in the universe is 1...but I wasn't sure how to extrapolate into at least two planets.

"Greatest Athiests of the 20th century: Hitler," um, Hitler was a Christian. Look it up.I did look it up. He claimed to be a Christian, sometimes. Likely because it either suited his politics or suited his delusions or both. He did not, however, act like a Christian and while no one but God knows if he was or he wasn't, I would guess it's a pretty sure bet I won't be meeting him in heaven.
To: Dimensio
This proves my original point that athiest must logically believe they are the highest known form of life in the universe. True egoists and Benthamites.-MM

You said Christ died -- like that was some huge sacrifice -- but he isn't dead, is he. So what exactly was the sacrifice -- this non-death death. For an Athiest, you sure speak as though you believe in Jesus. But Jesus did die, he suffered immeasurable pain, died and rose from the dead. Thank God, He gave it all to pay for my sins, so that I didnt have to pay for them with my life.

In an infinite universe with a potential infinite number of stars, the odds are great that if one single planet supports abiogenesis and evolution, there's at least one more.

I get the feeling that for all our differences, we may be the only two (except Dimensio) trying to talk to each other, rather than at each other. :)

Math equations of unverifiable premises mean nothing. You have faith and you don't like when your faith is challenged. Perhaps now you will have some empathy for the Christians you like to trash.-MM

Do the mathIf I may note, according to the Drake equation (despite its vast oversimplification), and the one set of estimates for the variables(despite their admittedly shot-in-the-void guesses), there should be statisically 2400 species capable of communication, though I'm not sure if that's supposed to mean right now or in the lifetime of the galaxy, though I would imagine it's the former.

no. It is a religion of piece and misery...
To: Doctor Doom
It requires a certian reserve from the ramifications that few are capable of reaching, for obvious reasons.
Why else did God give us such big cerebrums and larynxes? ;)
