Daniel Pearl was there doing his job, a job that he loved. His job is risky and sometimes he has to play both sides of the coin to get a story, but that story was for us, he was/is not disloyal to his country. I have been all over CNN and have heard nothing of his being killed yet, I pray to God not to hear this. Fox is still saying the want 2mil. and the release of their leader in 36hrs. Al Sharpton 5- Robert Altman, "our American Flag is a joke" 6- Germany 7- France, and yada, yada, yada. Exactly. Journalists have often put themselves at risk to get the story - to do their job. Waco, the Elian raid, riots, car chases and etc. If any of the reporters covering those stories had died, I bet many of the people criticizing David Pearl would have called them a 'hero' in a heartbeat. It's rather sad. I pray David Pearl hasn't been killed.
