Rumsfeld Rumblings   January 31, 2002

One of the many Freepers [swheats] who follows the Rummy news suggested an FR feature that consolidates the daily SecDef's news coverage. Today Rumsfeld gave a major speech on Military Transformation at the National Defense University, so it is an apt time to intiate the 'Rumfeld Rumblings' feature. So enjoy yourselves, send feedback for improvements, and please excuse my basic HTML.
