Convoys backing farmers to return

The organizers of three relief convoys that brought aid and attention to the Klamath Basin last summer have started planning three more convoys for this spring.

Although plans are still preliminary, Klamath Bucket Brigade Inc. and the Nevada-based Jarbidge Shovel Brigade intend to put together convoys that will depart from Maine, Virginia and Florida this spring, said Bill Ransom, a Bucket Brigade organizer.

“There’s a general interest ... across the United States,” he said. “We’re finding people all over the country are interested in helping.”

Plans tentatively call for the East Coast convoys to spend about three weeks crossing the country and holding rallies and auctions in 70 cities, Ransom said. The convoys would deliver shovels and buckets to governors of 30 states. The convoys likely would depart their home states in late March and arrive in Oregon in mid-April.

Last August, the organizers put together convoys in Montana, California and Nevada that traveled through seven Western state and visited 20 communities. That effort raised about $150,000 as well as donations of livestock feed, food and other items for farm families, Ransom said. He hopes this spring’s convoys can gather $400,000 to $500,000.

“There’s an awful lot of generous people in this country,” he said.

I have to go to work, so I will have to rely on my FRiends to keep this bumped. Maybe this will help show the East that Property Rights is not just a Western problem .

Thanks for posting this thread and the ping.

Our part of this culture war is to get surburbian people all over America and farmers and ranchers not in the Western states to wake to the following important reality.

As you posted, "Property Rights is not just a Western problem!"

These left wing enviral elite Nazis want to herd all us into the Goron voting complexes. They are not just after the farmers and ranchers in the Western States.

Sean,

Looks like it's a war that's trying to get a good start on the second season. We all know the Green Machine doesn't give a damn about the environment or people, they only want power over us, and have us live to a third world standard. I recommend buying ammo my friend, if we don't get peaceful resolution, then we better be ready.

Kimberly Stroussel of the Wall Street Journal did a fantastic job of explaining it in thee Wall Street Journal article "Rural Cleansing".We are as close as we've ever been to a second 'civil war'.
