Walker was appointed by Clinton in 1998 for a 15 year term. Nuff said?

Look at their past reports. During the Clinton years, you will see reports defending Starr (apparently against a congressman who wanted to nail him on travel expenses) and attacking Clinton's departments.

Are you saying Walker defended Star after he was appointed in 1998? If so can you produce the source for me. I would really enjoy reading it.

Go to www.gao.gov and click on the "GAO Reports" then click on the "Search GAO Archive at GPO" link. Do a search for "Kenneth Starr." For example, his office was getting audited every six months, with no problems found on the ones I saw.
