It was filed at a US District Court in Los Angeles...I'll bet that this is one of the most liberal, leftist, America hating judges in the U.S. Any takers?
The fact that the Judge even agreed to hear the case tells me that they are ionclined to rule in favor of the petitioners..I dont think it will matter the government isnt leting those guys go just cause some silly liberal judge in LA tells them to.
