"If CA has a GOP Governor, CA might be in play for Bush in 2004."

Sorry, but Rirodan endorses Democrats not Republicans. Riordan would be a disaster for Bush.

Amen! Look at the 2000 election results. How much did Christie Todd Whitman or George Ryan "help" Bush by giving token support to him in their respective states? RINO governors AGREE with the Democratic candidates on everything. The only thing they bring "in play" is the possiblity of reporters to run around the state and bash Bush for not being as liberal as the "tolerant Republican" Governor in the state he's campaigning in... "Gosh, George...that Governor Ryan is SOOOOOOO compassionate for abolishing the death penealty in Illinois...why won't you do that in Texas?" and "Mr. Bush, why won't you reach out to pro-choice woman like Goveror Whitman has??" and consider we could be hearing: "President Bush, your fellow Republican Dick Riordan says your tax cut was dangerous and he was elected governor of the largest state in the country. How do you feel about that"? ?

RINO governors are back-stabbing twits. NO WAY do I want them to "help" Bush in 2004. We already saw their handywork in 2000.
