Kristol says the ENRON story is going to get much more bipartisan in the coming weeks, and he's not sure there is a political scandal here. He said, "I don't believe the ENRON scandal goes anywhere".

He says the conservative message is getting out there now, for the first time via FOX who is beating CNN. He repeats his message...yes, there might be a gentle tilt to the left in mainstream media, just because they are located where they are, but that's not an excuse, and it's not the argument that will win converts to the right.

Please tell me I'm crazy, but I keep wondering if we are not going to see a possible Lieberman/McCain ticket for 2004. Am I surrounded by too much tin-foil, or what?

Dingle came on fuming about how Bush officials received donations and were later contacted by Enron execs. Brit Hume nailed him by pointing out that Dingle took money too. Dingle earlier said that because Enron contacted Cheney, there should be an investigation. Hume got Dingell to admit that Enron had contacted him too! Dingle refused to say when! It was classic.
