[history]
Warlords from Somalia and terrorists linked to the al Qaeda network have been spotted moving from the failed African state to nearby nations, as U.S. intelligence agencies continue to monitor terrorist activities outside Afghanistan.
A group of Somalian Muslim guerrillas was spotted recently as they fled to Yemen, U.S. officials told The Washington Times.

Didn't they get Bin Laden's favorite *almond-eyed* wife with her body guards in Yemen a few days ago? Could she be Osama's Achilles heel?

I agree. Let the Cole have the opportunity to kick the crap out of them.

A practice I observed in UAE, Saudi, Qatar etc had the wives , daughters etc always seperate from male guest etc during meetings, gatherings, parties etc in the home. I have no doubt the little woman (baaaahahaha) was educated as to UBL's opinions as to how the west should die but as to the details I have doubt's as to what she really "knows"............Could happen though, who knows ??
Stay Safe !

But is there an offchance he might try to *retrieve* her, or have her retrieved, since she is only confined to her house? I understand he is particularly "smitten" with this wife. Yemen says it is against Muslim law to jail women. Heh!
I would LOVE to see the Cole do that *poetic justice* first strike. Now if only clinton could be strategically placed somewhere in the right trajectory.

This is good news! We can chase them to EVERY single turd-world mohammedan dump and obliterate it where they stand. This is what I have been hoping for. We can celebrate bombadon all year long and year after year!

The officials said the Somalians appear to be preparing to use Yemen, located at the southern end of the Arabian peninsula, as a staging area for guerrilla attacks if U.S. forces start military operations against al Qaeda terrorists in Somalia. I see no problem with engaging both targets at once.

They think they can run n hide.........not!

"USS Cole should be back in shape to move on Yemen about now shouldn't it ?? " The USS Cole is still in the Ingalls Shipyard in Pascagoula, Miss. undergoing repairs. It is under very heavy security.

Can someone with knowledge explain how the US will attack Somalia? Isn't the population density extremely high, almost like Hong Kong? How can a military strike be conducted there without massive civilian casualties? I'm being serious in this question. Any thoughts?

"How can a military strike be conducted there without massive civilian casualties?" Why should we be so concerned about this?

The population density of the Somali cities is not all that high. Prior to the current troubles, the tallest building in the country was only five stories, and I don't know if that building is standing anymore. Probably not.
The main thrust in Somalia would probably be in the rural areas, anyway. I don't think the terrorist training facilities are in the middle of Mogadishu. They tend to want a little more security and room to operate.

I keep wondering if the arms that Israel got off the ship they raided wasn't meant for Somalia, since there is considerable discussion about this country possibly being our next target. I wish the Israelis hadn't jumped the gun on that. The Palestinian Authority Captain said the weapons were bound for the PA, not Somalia. The ship was stopped off the Egypt-Sudan border on the east, Saudi Arabia on the west, in international waters, with a course approximately northeast. The ship had long past Somalia and would have had to do a U-turn to sail back to Somalia approximately 500 miles.
Why do you think the arms were bound for Somalia?

Isn't there still a reward posted for OBL and MO? If these two are either in Yemen or Somalia we need to remind the people of the money awaiting those who "turn them in"...
