Notice Davis said HE WON'T raise taxes and all that. What he doesn't tell you is:

There is already CA state law that if the budget is busted the sales tax automatically raises. Davis blew the budget and the taxes for sales did trigger and the TAXES were raised. DUE TO DAVIS! - WE NEED TRUTH POLICE AROUND THIS GUY WHEN EVER HE OPENS HIS MOUTH.

No new taxes huh?????? Not quite!!!! I heard Gov. "Red" Davis mention improving schools by the Prop 39 initiative, which voters can approve their property taxes to be raised in order to pay for school improvements.

Notice how Red never mentioned how he squandered the surplus on buying energy for high prices and then selling it at a loss???
