The simple fact is, this guy headed straight to an attorney.....like an arrow. He lost ALL credibility with me when he did that. If a man in that position can't solve his own problems he has NO business being there. As far as I'm concerned he doesn't have the first idea of how to act in a pressure situation and he has NO business being next to the President of the United States. I want somebody who is capable of handling a tough situation guarding the president, not someone who has to run to a lawyer (a private lawyer) for help.
Oh, BTW, I'm a woman and I've faced discrimination, not like the little milchtoast stuff that's out there today, but hard stuff, in the construction industry when NO women were accepted as officers of corporations. I fought my own battles, proved my worth, faced insults and proved them wrong. I didn't have to run to any lawyer crying "they're picking on me". A man who can't fight his own battles certainly can't protect our president.
Read it again. I got faked out too. If I remember correctly the SOC Manager says the agents supervisor said the Agent was sorry. He said that while trying to get the Airlines permission to fly the agent to Texas the next day. Recall American banned the agent for life. Whether the agent ever said he was sorry is pure speculation. I dont know. Neither do you.

I have a feeling that the lawyers came to him. Likely wrong for him to accept their counsel but he did need a lawyer. How is he supposed to solve his own problem when American Airlines that has 35-40% of all domestic flights banned him from ever flying American again and filed a complaint with the secret service.
