My reading is a pro choice position not an attempt to slowly roll back cureent policy. The disparate factions of the LP have a hard time reconciling their positions. Some are adamantly pro life while others place liberty above life and just as adamantly believe it is the womans right. So Harry and friends sat on the fence and got hemmorhoids from the pickets.
