[history]
Jesse Jackson said Monday that he will meet with Harvard University's president to discuss the school's diversity policy following reports that high-profile black professors may leave because of a dispute with the administration.
"The clarification will be good for Harvard, its faculty and the nation," Jackson said. "Harvard is our flagship university and there is concern expressed by the professors about the need for an unequivocal commitment to affirmative action, or inclusion."

I don't think Havaud offers PHd's in Poverty Pimpin' or Corporate Shakedowns.

Let's be honest about what's going on at Harvard.
In a job market glutted with Ph.D.s seeking professor jobs, black profs are demanding special treatment even after being hired.

wouldn't matter what the sheepskin said..he probably wouldn't read it anyway..just hang it on the wall and tell another assistant how lucky she is to get knocked up by the smartest man in the world!!

Summers said he supports diversity and meant no offense. "It's a very unfortunate misunderstanding if my views have been perceived in other ways," he told the Globe. Nothing that a seven-figure check from the good ol' Harvard endowment wouldn't fix.

Yes, lets be honest. The black professors at Harvard are show pieces.
Purely for show.

Thanks for the post.
It just totally amazes me how so many mental-midgets have gained national prominence and support.
Oops..I almost forgot. The leftist-sociaist-hate-America crowd will always look to the east and wish for a sunset.
Screw'em.

No F'ing way! The Taleban wouldn't even talk to Jesse and Larry Summers is going to be done by him. Jesse, the old fornicator dirties everything he touches. (He really is the father of his people.) You can ask the good people of central Illinois who got shook down by Jesse after a high school football brawl. And now Jesse is going to take down and shake down Harvard.
Is this April first coming and not January first? Harvard is no better than Denny's. I guess we all have to remember that Summers worked for Clinton and nobody can wash that stuff off. I still can't berlieve my eyes on this one. I guess the left really has run out of gas and lost it's moral currency completely.

My heart bleeds for Summers. Harvard deserves whatever it gets. Maybe they can hire Jesse Jackson to teach in the Kennedy School for a million a year, and that will quiet things down.

Note to Larry Summers: Blackmail, the gift that keeps on giving. Submit to it once, bright boy....
