When Pakistan and India separated, in 1948 I believe it was, the UN held a peace conference on the Kashmir-Jammu question and both countries agreed to a plebiscite. India, however, has put off the vote -- for 50-plus years! Go to google.com and type in the words "Kashmir", "plebiscite," and the phrase "UN resolution." See for yourself.

Ahem, one point that you islamists forget to mention is that Pakistan had to remove all its troops from Kashmir to the plebiscite to occur.

Pakistana never removed its troops, and for the past fifty years there has been ethnic cleansing by the Pakistan backed Muslims.
