The British need to get back to a Kiplingesque understanding of the profound differences between peoples. So do we. The multi-culturalist phenomenon is just another form of the frenetic Socialist pursuit of an undifferentiated humanity. It is the ultimate insult to all peoples; the ultimate denial of the realities of life.

We only show true respect for other peoples when we accept that they are not we, and we are not they.

It's not so much the influx of immigrants as the rate of influx. When they "open the gates" there's simply no time nor resources to integrate and absorb groups of immigrants into society. The resident culture is slowly eliminated and replaced with the incoming cultural traits, which unfortunately for the British, doesn't include proper hygeine.

Over time, America's ability to receive immigrants over a long period of time has proven to be advantageous, particularly when these groups of immigrants were absorbed into American culture. It gave us our character and our strength was in the unification under an "American Culture".

It was the cultural phenomenon of "PC" which tore those common bonds assunder and detroyed the American identity, "of many cultures, one people". Now it's "of many cultures, and just about all of them are whining ingrates with no sense of what America stands for".

I haven't even an idea of what to suggest until we at least close the borders and round up the illegals, but it will take another disaster with thousands of casualties before that idea sinks in. By then it will be too late.

This is what happens when you let liberals run things. The liberal dream (and it is a dream) of the perfect world with everyone holding hands and loving one another is as unrealizable as your retriever reciting Shakespeare. The reality is that certain groups led by power-mad demagogues can tear a country apart. All immigrants must learn to blend in or leave. Diversity is fine when it comes to sports and entertainment and a few other things. But to hold a country together all citizens must share a common viewpoint.

The last time evil stalked the entire earth in almost palpable personal form the banner read, fascism. It swept the entire earth and the culmination was WWII. This time the banner is humanism in its myriad hydra-headed disguise. Materialism, multiculturalism, socialism, secularism, political correctness, pacifism, anarchism etc. Does anybody really think we are going to turn all that around? Fat Chance!
