I've been saying that all along on other threads...I think his real purpose was twofold...1) Test our defenses and reactions...2)To do what a terrorist is supposed to do, terrorize and instill fear. Remember, a terrorist need not kill to complete his goal, only make people afraid of their own shadow. Besides, who knows, it might have been a way to initiate him into Al Queda, kind of like they do in fraternities.
