"Which reminds me. I still would love to see Peter Jennings' book list."PJ -
That could be a thread unto itself!
Some ideas:
1. More Fun with Dick and Jane
2. The Art of Hair Gel
3. The Communist Manifesto
Any other ideas?

Maybe some emails to ABC regarding the non citizen instructing real Americans on his news soap box could be why some of us do not watch him?

You are correct. Boulder is by no means a Republican stronghold. Quite the contrary.

People from Colorado are conservative? I don't think so! Isn't Boulder very liberal and filled with liberal Yuppies? My understanding is that Boulder is similar in many ways to Marin County, CA. Once again this proves how STUPID Peter Jennings is if he considers Boulder to be some sort of bastion of Republicanism.

I find it interesting...and annoying..that liberals always say we have to be accepting and understanding and tolerant to diverse opinions ....Until you try to express a conservative opinion and they raise their voices and cut you off, drown you out, won't even let you finish what you're saying. I've also noticed that they are more than ready to hold forth about their own views and will do so, with very little encouragement, for hours. But they will never even ask you what you think. If you manage to indicate you even have an opinion that differs from them, they make it very clear that they don't want to hear it, and moreover, you shouldn't be allowed to say it to anyone else either. For the public good, you know.

Once again proving what a complete MORON Peter Jennings is if he considers Boulder to be a bastion of Republicanism. What next, Peter? Will you report that Broward County, FL is a Republican stronghold? You better go back to Canada, Peter, since your political analysis of the USA is completely erroneous.

I have never heard a working definition of Nationalism from anybody who cast's it in a negative light. I can only presume that what they mean is the equivalent to Nazi Germany.
However, when I think of Nationalism, I think of the safety and well-being of our NATION, as in NATIONAL security. How anybody could confuse supporting our NATION with PATRIOTIC fervor with Nazi Germany is just plain loco... or, perhaps they have an agenda... as in to paint USA patriotism as Nazi-esque, therefore demeaning and defusing our vital national defense.

Any other ideas? The Jungle, (socialist propoganda extraordinaire).

Then you do remember the penis hangings at the Boulder library and subsequent theft. Bubba and Al would feel right at home in Boulder. The conservatives in the state live to the south in Colorado Springs...

The left always equates "nationalism" and "patriotism" together, even though this is huge leap of logic. This belief also fits in well with their communist agenda of "international socialism", or INAZI for short.

Here is a description of Boulder on a Colorado tourism
Website:
Boulder's reputation precedes it. Long before you crest State 36 and glimpse this city set against the angular walls of the Flatiron Range, you know you are heading for a haven of fitness and liberal politics. As one popular comment has it, Boulder is "20 square miles surrounded by reality."
This is also a good description of Peter's brain: "20 square centimeters surrounded by reality."

He's stupid if he thinks the terrorism the world faces has anything at all to do with American nationalism or American patriotism. He needs to forget all that and open his eyes to what's behind the problems we face.
