PITTSBURGH -- AIDS activist, author and playwright Larry Kramer underwent liver transplant surgery and was listed in serious condition Monday.
Kramer's doctors said his condition was improving and was about where it should be after the 12-hour surgery Friday.
Kramer, 66, spent seven months on the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center's waiting list. He moved to Pittsburgh in early November to wait for an organ to become available. While many transplant centers oppose the surgery for HIV-positive patients, UPMC's Thomas E. Starzl Transplantation Institute has performed 10 liver transplants on HIV-positive patients since 1997. Eight of the patients have survived. Kramer's HIV has been relatively well controlled, but he suffered from end-stage liver failure caused by hepatitis B.
AMEN. Note that it doesn't say "give them your liver since their sin caused their own to rot away"
Sometimes love says "you made your bed now lay in it". Paul tells us (of a believer) that if they refuse to come out of their sin to turn them over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh. God uses discipline here first to reach us and then to correct us. I'm not going to stand in God's way by letting someone escape the consequences of their sin.

(I know I'm being extreme in my interpretation here but that's how it came across). If you don't believe in forced organ donation why don't you be more careful in how you word things bext time.
God values all of us, regardless of our political beliefs. As a Christian, I can not place a higher value on the life of a conservative.
God does value all of us. He does however value His children more than the unbeliever (note that His wrath is poured out on the world but not on His children). It is not up to us to take life from the unbeliever but it is also not up to us to stand in God's way as He brings that person to their knees. It's highly likely that a liberal will be an unbeliever as liberalism and Christianity are mutually exclusive
By choosing not to participate in the organ donor program, you may be denying a child or a fellow Christian with an opportunity for a longer life.
On the flip side, by choosing to participate I may be ending my own life prematurely (I know of at least one case where the organs were harvested prematurely, family won big in court). Note that neither I nor DWSUWF have said we wouldn't donate to a known recipient. We just wont give them to a liberal. "It's for the children" is a very week argument as the liberals don't care about children anyway, they kill thousands of them every day
First, not all liberals support abortion and homosexuality. My wife, who voted for Clinton, worked in a crisis pregnancy center in order to prevent abortions.
So your wife supports abortion by supporting the party of abortion. Can't you see the conflict here? How did she sleep at night knowing that her chosen leader was all for slaughtering babies wholesale (and wholesaling the parts for that matter). How does she feel about supporting the march of homosexuality into our schools and lives by supporting the openly pro-homosexual clintons. (How can she be a Christian and yet support those that Romans 1:21-32 condemns. Seems she was taking pleasure in those that committed abomination before God. (read it))
Second, no one is without sin. Let me know if you need a verse for that claim. If you are going to use sin as a criterion when determining who receives an organ, no one will qualify for a transplant.
I never addressed their sin. I addressed their evil works that harm those around them. Some sin does not cause irreparable harm to those around you. If you have ever exceeded the speed limit by 1/10 MPH you have sinned. And I bet no one got hurt from it either. I never claimed to be sin-free. I do claim however to be forgiven of all my sins because I know and accept God. The liberal denies and rejects God and all His commands, resulting in thousands of dead babies a day and rampant sexual perversion.

Not genocide, ideologicide. I hold nothing against any race. I hold much against the liberal ideology. Every one who holds to the liberal ideology is an enemy of God and of my country. Until they change (become saved or at least conservative) they must be treated as enemies.
He (DWSUWF) is calling for an involuntary/forced separation of the country.
Look at the map. the liberals have already divided the country. What legal rights do you as a Christian have in New England? I read just a short while ago how a Christian Bed and Breakfast owner in New England was FORCED to accept two men committing homosexual abomination in his own house. Likewise abuses of our rights as Christians are rampant in all liberal controlled areas. Christians are persona non grata in any liberal stronghold. DWSUWF just wants to formalize what is already in existence.

Why do you think what anyone thinks re liver donations is any of your business? Why would it be up to you to "pursuade" anyone of anything that was voluntary? And, what make you a moral authority re these voluntary, personal liver donations? Nothing better to do?

And I can see how it would be annoying to a lot of people.
Due to some quirk in my personality, however, I think it's funny. It's probably the same thing that occasionally motivates me to do everything possible to keep a telemarketer on the line, long after he or she realizes that I'm never going to buy their crap.
