Does anyone have PERSONAL experiences -- no more than second-hand -- with a particular college or professor or course? Do any FReepers have kids attending an especially loathsome institution? I'm looking for as solid information as I can get, not just opinions and conjecture.

Not that those aren't welcome too, but for the purposes of this project, we're going to need facts, not speculation.

I don't know how many people are aware of it but University of Miami, Florida which was a great school in a great location(i.e. Miami, the Keys, The Caribbean all within 1 hour) just recently installed none other than Donna Shalala as their new president. Just got through explaining to my daughter why I hope she doesn't choose to go there!
