I'll turn your question around: if "God's will" overrode everything, then you would have no choice about whether to accept Jesus. Indeed, there would be no reason whatsoever for anyone to live on earth. He could just "zap" and make us all believers. But HE said He wouldn't do that. And it is written (do you really want me to find the verse?) that God has magnified HIS WORD even above HIS NAME.

Yes I do want the Chapter and verse in context please.

That tells me that God can't lie, and if HE says I am to have something, then I should have it. If I don't have it, it must be MY fault, not His because He already said it.

So let me get this straight..God's sole purpose is to meet your desires and needs.Just who is God in your relationship?

Psa 138:1 [[[A Psalm] of David.]] I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

138:3 In the day when I cried thou answeredst me, [and] strengthenedst me [with] strength in my soul.

138:4 All the kings of the earth shall praise thee, O LORD, when they hear the words of thy mouth.

138:5 Yea, they shall sing in the ways of the LORD: for great [is] the glory of the LORD.

138:6 Though the LORD [be] high, yet hath he respect unto the lowly: but the proud he knoweth afar off.

138:7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble, thou wilt revive me: thou shalt stretch forth thine hand against the wrath of mine enemies, and thy right hand shall save me.

Psa 138:8 The LORD will perfect [that which] concerneth me: thy mercy, O LORD, [endureth] for ever: forsake not the works of thine own hands

Even the blind can see that the poster in now way said what you are saying. If God has promised us something then He has already made provisision for that promise. It is done. All we have to do is act upon His word thus releasing the provision ( already made ) of the promise. If we don't act upon the word, believeing by faith, is that God's fault?
