VENTURA, Calif. (AP) - A former Las Vegas topless dancer is charged with cyber-stalking for allegedly creating a Web site with photos of her ex-lover engaged in sadomasochism and then notifying his family.
Robin Kelly, 43, is charged with two felony counts of stalking, two counts of attempted witness intimidation and one count of attempted extortion. A preliminary hearing in Ventura County Superior Court is expected to conclude Wednesday, when the judge will rule whether she should stand trial.

I can understand destroying this woman legally for what she has done, but how are the photo's very damaging? For the cost of a few hours time, I could have convincing photos of ANYbody doing ANYthing. In todays technology, this is not too hard. So this guy really shouldn't be suffering too hard.Well, the moment someone confronted him out of nowhere - somelike like, say, his WIFE - he probably freaked out and admitted the whole thing right then and there. Unless part of your long-term "secret life" plan is constantly reminding yourself that at any moment someone could throw the accusation in your face, and having a "that's not me!" response ready to go, your brain's probably just going to short circuit the moment you're found out.

No matter how much they keep asking me, this is why I don't date strippers.
Congratulations in being strong. I think you will grow to realize that your decision to not date strippers, and to only date supermodels, was a wise one.
Say hello to Cindy and Claudia for me.

Not to address this case but -- Cyber-stalking? Is that a contradiction in terms or what? Whats next- cyber-assault? cyber-rape? How about "telepathic vulgarity".
Wierd terminology.

Note to self: Never do anything with anyone that I wouldn't want my husband and family to know about.
He sure pi**ed off the wrong female, didn't he? Well, I don't really feel sorry for him.....or her, either. What a couple of A-holes!
