I purchased something and used paypal. The seller misrepresented the item and wanted to charge me a 15% restocking fee. I complained to paypal and got nowhere. Luckily, I had used a credit card and was able to get the transaction cancelled. Now I am making the seller send me a prepaid shipping label to get his merchandise back.

Oops, mistake on the toll-free customer service number:
877-672-9725. Find something to read and get comfortable before calling. It hangs up after 15 minutes, but just keep re-dialing and you might get lucky.
How any business can stay afloat abusing it's customers like this is beyond me. I've received better service from the IRS.
