I am saddened to read that Parents, Families & Friends of Lesbians & Gays, or P-FLAG, is discriminating against the Salvation Army in such an extreme manner ("P-FLAG targets Salvation Army," Dec. 10).
Evidently, P-FLAG has decided to harass the Salvation Army and cause monetary damage to its good cause because P-FLAG members have opposing beliefs. That P-FLAG would go to the extent of printing fake money to put in Salvation Army kettles demonstrates P-FLAG's intolerance for anyone who holds a different point of view. Where's the tolerance here? I urge P-FLAG to show compassion to everyone, including those who do not agree with P-FLAG's doctrine.

Same here.
We love normal religion and spirituality. We wish to help those who feel compelled to "talk in tongues", writhe around on the floor...
Well, I certainly do find that all quite strange as well.
...and write incessant, never ceasing anti-gay rhetoric on internet bulletin boards.
Ah, I see! More bigotry against those who dare to challenge the virulent homosexual agenda. Gee, all that nice rhetoric exposed by the nonsensical "anti-gay" behavior. Who could possible be against anyone simply being lighthearted?
Oh wait, that isn't what you meant, is it. You meant that we shouldn't speak out against the sinful behavior known as homosexuality, don't you. Well sorry, chum, but we have the right of free speech and religion as well.
There is a way out, you know.
We keep telling them that but some really evil people keep trying to keep the poor homosexuals trapped in their sinful behavior. Can you imagine someone hating someone else so much that they could do that do them? I certainly can't.
Blessings on you. I pray you overcome your illness.
Why thank you for your concern, however, the doctor tells me that most colds such as this run their course in a week or so.
I am reaching, but just can't grasp the love, is it me?
"This supposedly mainstream organization is not what appearances suggest..."
It is such a good idea that my church has asked our friends at the Salvation Army to collect all the bogus bills they get, turn them over to us, and we'll double the face value in real money. An attempt will be made to get this into the newspaper, when all is said and done.
Yes, you are right about that!
Firmly believing in the Word of God is not pathological, but sticking your member up another man's butt is, as demonstrated by the diseases that result. God made the plumbing and gifted us with it; there is nothing in the Bible, contrary to the constant assertions of the purveyors of the homosexual agenda, that justifies the misuse of it. It is your flaunting as illustrated by your half-clever statement that condemns you even more than your original sin.
It also seems to me that some homosexual groups are deliberately trying to increase the risk of other people getting AIDS by e.g. encouraging people who are at high risk for AIDS to donate blood while lying about their risk factors. I don't know how widespread this is, but 'despicable' just doesn't seem a harsh enough word to describe it.
Sorry FormerLib, but according to most of the extereme leftie groups, everyone else is supposed to be tolerant of them, but not vice versa. At least the American public is starting to wake up to this fact and rebel against this, and demand that everyone be treated equally.
I think the kicker is how the groups protesting against the Salvation Army are saying how the Salvation Army isn't doing what it's supposed to do. Uh, excuse me, you're now running the organization? Gee, lets start protesting AT&T for not providing video conferencing to everyone for free. They usually give themselves enough rope to hang themselves with their own hypocracy, if anyone bothers to point it out to them. They're supposed to have the right to live however they wish, or with whatever lifestyle they choose. Okay, fine with me, it's still America and it's still the land of the free. However, they also seem to insist that if anyone opts to not choose to support that lifestyle of theirs, they should be forced to. Of course, if anyone did the same thing against their cause, they'd be crying "Hate Crime" all the way to the police.
I'm not anti-gay, in that I don't believe they should be killed, beaten, etc.. or be stripped of the rights every American citizen is given. However, I am against such causes like this where they want to force-feed their lifestype choices upon those who do not wish to support it, while expecting federal protection if anyone does the reverse to them. To me, that is the disgusting part of all of this, the standard liberal double-standard "freedom of speech and choice for me, but not for thee" attitude.
"WE'LL NEVER GO"
"GET USED TO IT"
And if I were a fundamentalist, that might be relevant. I'm not and it isn't.
There is a way out of the destructive morass that is moral relativistic liberalism!
Merry Christmas to you and yours!
The liberal disruptor is the most difficult creature to love, but we must still try. If we fail, we must try again.
That was the direct motivation for the dentist who deliberately infected several of his patients, Kimberly Bergalis being one of them. He thought more people would care about AIDS if it started to get into the heterosexual population, however, not a single one of his victims passed the disease on to anyone else.
Now they've placed most, if not all, of their eggs into the mythological "heterosexual AIDS epidemic" basket.
Yes, I know. It works the same way for those who reject the Judeo-Christian moral traditions of this nation. Only they can be called "open-minded!"
