Opinions seem to differ on Linda Tripp. I can see that you're quite keen on her, and I can understand why since she helped expose Clinton's lies. Apparently President Bush Sr. and President Bush Jr. are not so keen on her, and I unless I've been misinformed about her (false) allegations about President Bush Sr. having had an affair, I think they have reasonable grounds. I mean, slander of a sitting President by a member of his very own White House staff would be a serious matter. How about you? Do you see this as a case where anyone who disagrees with you has an unreasonable view?

I personally may see your point IF you would provide us with a link or two from FR. If I remember correctly, that's where you claim you got the allegations of smear from. If they appear to have come from Eschoir, MurryMom, or Chris M, you could probably safely disregard them.
