I certianly want to see fewer laws restricting weapon ownership. The people you don't want to have weapons are by definition the same ones you want behind bars. Why let them out and take away my dad's old rifle just doesn't make sense.

IMO, one of the most revealing issue with the attack-Libertarians (ALers) is that Libertarians hold maybe one-percent of the votes. So that is not what scares the ALers. What frightens them is the premise that Libertarians abide. That premise is that no person, group or government may initiate force against any person or their property.

Why would that trouble them unless they had a vested interest in initiating force? But they will never openly admit that anymore than Clinton would admit to having sex with Monica Lewinski or Jennifer Flowers.

Gee thats funny. Another Denver lawyer filed suit based on the same law being unconstitutional and the court rejected it because he did not have standing. He had to ammend the complaint to prove he was somehow injured by the statute. So who doesn't know what they are talking about? Perhaps your preoccupation with crack pipes has clouded your judgement.

That's exactly what the Southern racists said about Martin Luther King Jr., when he openly violated existing laws and got sent to jail so he could get the constitutionality of those challenged in court cases.
