Just a little reminder: there are two responsibilities - the husband is responsible for the relationship - the wife is responsible for taking care of her husband and children. Two DIFFERENT responsibilities. When God finally ask Eve what she had done, it was his response to Adam's remark about her wifely duties, not about Adam's responsibility for the relationship.
