EH, And oftentimes, the "local" government officials side with the enviro-nazis. I still wonder if RICO anti-organized crime statutes can be used against these people{?}. They definetly qualify. Peace and love, George.

George- Sounds like a good idea if the law would apply. They sure act and operate like a conspiracy.In above article I mention the ALC as the owners above the lake when it is really the Nature Conservancy.The ALC is one of groups trying to buy the land and water rights.The local paper is owned by a bunch of greenies who own liberal paper in state capital.All the study groups and stakeholders collect gov money,donations, etc to run their operations. Fixing the environment is big business and they all are tied together. Lots of lawyers involved and growing gov agencies. Be nice if RICO could be applied to the whole bunch.Ed Hubel
